Harrison is a police officer with the San Francisco Police Department and a part of the Chinatown squad.

Biography

Chinatown Squad

Harrison, as well as McLeod, and Stone, are the three officers chosen to be part of Bill's Chinatown Squad. Lee is the only officer who volunteers to join their ranks. However, an altercation erupts between Lee and Stone, forcing the other officers to intervene.

Raiding Ah Toy's brothel

The Chinatown Squad raid Ah Toy's brothel. Harrison, McLeod, and Stone see the men out whilst Bill and Lee head upstairs. When one of the male worker grab a hatchet, Stone shoots him in the head without a second thought and then pees on him.

The Chinatown Squad come together in support of Lee after a bounty hunter arrives in San Francisco to bring him home. After hearing Lee's story of how he killed his cousins after they killed his girl, they disarm Gresham and beat him before warning him to never return.

Hunting for Lee's attacker

With Bill and Lee in the hospital after Lee was put in a coma from an attack, Harrison, McLeod, and Stone lead the Chinatown Squad in a rampage through Chinatown, hunting down any tong members and arresting them on sight.

The squad raid McClean & Son barbershop, which runs a secret prostitution ring. Rather than arresting the men, which Ms. Nellie Davenport insists, the police simply escort them out.

The raid on the Fung Hai den

In retaliation for the Fung Hai's attack on Bill's family, the department prepares to strike back. They charge in upon getting the signal from Chao, however, McLeod is stabbed in the process, with Harrison covering him as blood drips out his mouth while he takes his final breath. By the end, many lives are lost, but they did manage to find their swordsman and arrest Zing.

The Chinatown Squad are publicly thanked by Mayor Blake for apprehending the swordsman, and McLeod is honored for his sacrifice. Later, Stone, Bill, and Harrison are called in by Jackson, who discovered bodies in a brothel who were killed by sword. Bill suspects that they're dealing with another swordsman. However, Jackson doesn't think the press will see it that way and is willing to walk out without saying a word in exchange for Bill's recommendation to Sergeant. Bill accepts the deal and cleans the mess up along with Stone and Harrison.

Searching for Mayor Blake's killer

Harrison and Stone break up a fight between Bill and Lee, during which Lee punches Bill and slams him to the ground. However, the department is forced to come together and search Chinatown for Jacob following the mayor's death.

The Chinatown Squad apprehend Jacob as he attempts to flee San Francisco. They put him in the paddy wagon and escort him to the station, but their path is blocked by an angry mob of Irish men, who attack the officers before going after Jacob and hanging him outside of the Banshee. They then follow the mob to Chinatown, where a full-blown riot is underway.
